WorldTangoDancer.com is a blog website for all of us who are crazy about Argentine Tango and are always in search of information regarding milongas, tango festivals, tango music and everything else that is enchanting about this whole Universe that is Tango. 

On this site you can find:

• A regularly updated repository of places to dance tango with a descriptions and reviews in many cases. Since I am based in miami it is heavily biased towards South Florida But I try to find milongas and tango places in every city/country I visit, so you will find some little known locations here.
• An explanation of tango terms and my views on some not so well defined, vague tango jargon. These are my personal views that I hope will help beginners think about the concepts.
• Reviews, discussions, photos and links about everything I love about tango, from the various tango steps and music, to the beautiful shoes, to the tango culture and etiquette at milongas in different places, to good wines that go well with it

Now, why would you do that ? 

 I was introduced to tango in Fall 2007. I’ve been hooked to it since then and I’m always looking for places to dance tango everywhere I go. In my experience, there exists a tango place in even the most unimaginable parts of the world. But tango is a community which currently functions more on word of mouth and personal relationships basis than on putting up information on the web. So, it is usually very hard for a person just entering this community to figure out all the options that exist for enjoying tango. I hope this blog will provide such a service.
